sweet, well make sure touchdown isnt on the task killer list, just have it ignore the app entirely so it doesnt show on the list so you can still 1 touch kill it.

Yeah I got Touchdown and will be paying the 20 bucks for it. For basic email, the default mail client is fine in Android but Exchange sync leaves something to be desired. However, Touchdown fixes all those things and provides a much better email experience for me. And yes I don't ever use the task killer on either email client.

I saw sOOOOOO many people say "its worth the fucking $20, you wont regret it" that I installed the demo.

It blew my mind.

Then I found a bug and emailed the dev.

He had me a beta version with a fix within 24 hours.

I cannot say enough about this app/developer.

anyone found a good app for multiple chat clients (like pidgin but for droid)?
I was trying out palringo but its annoying...
I have to be able to chat with Kay at work.. from my phone and she's on googletalk

Agile messenger worked pretty well for me. IT also does jabber, which allows me to hit my corporate chat server.

IM+, Palringo, Meebo, and ebuddy are all ones i hear good things about, but havent had the pleasure of trying as of yet.

There is a New Beta app Called Knocking and your friends can Knock you and you can stream live video to them Wherever you are.... There are other apps that allow you to stream video but this one actually allows you to request the streaming... For parents this is a must have for sure if your kids have android phones.
