I need a compatitble hard drive for this desktop. I know dick all about hard drives, cheap and small as possible.

You can get an SATA drive or an old IDE drive. Your Mobo supports both. Cross reference the diagram with what you have inside your box already, look to see if its plugged into the SATA slot or the IDE slot. Hopefully it's a SATA drive so you wont need new cables.
